INCIDENT DESCRIPTION:
The incident occurred when the landing gear of a Beechcraft Bonanza collapsed during a touch‑and‑go on Runway 23. TRI emergency personnel responded immediately. The pilot, the sole occupant, exited the aircraft unassisted before crews arrived and was evaluated by EMS on site.
TRI emergency responders and maintenance crews worked quickly and efficiently to safely secure the scene, remove the aircraft, and return the runway to service with minimal disruption.
