Allegiant flight tickets are available for purchase in person at Tri-Cities Airport (TRI) during select hours on Thursdays before scheduled Allegiant departures.

Allegiant flight tickets can be purchased in person at Tri-Cities Airport every Thursday during a two-hour window. Ticket sales begin exactly five hours before departure of that day’s Allegiant flight and end promptly three hours before takeoff.

What information should I have ready when purchasing a ticket at the airport?
To help speed up the process, please have the following information ready:
- Full names of all travelers (as they appear on a government-issued ID)
- Dates of birth
- Travel dates and destination
- Contact information (phone number)
- A valid credit or debit card
What forms of payment are accepted?
Allegiant accepts credit and debit cards. Cash, checks, and other payment methods are not accepted at the airport ticket counter.
Can I make multiple reservations in one visit to the ticket counter?
No. To ensure efficient service for all customers, ticket agents at TRI will process only one reservation per customer per visit. If you need to make additional bookings, you’ll need to rejoin the line for each additional reservation.
Can I book a reservation for a group of 10 or more passengers at the airport?
No. Allegiant Air requires that groups of 10 or more passengers book through their Group Travel Department to secure a guaranteed group rate on regularly scheduled routes. Group travel must be arranged by calling Allegiant’s Group Travel team at +1-702-505-8888 or visiting allegiantair.com.
Can I purchase a ticket during the check-in period for a different flight?
No. During check-in, ticket sales are restricted to passengers checking in for that flight. No other bookings will be processed during this time.
Why are ticket sales hours limited?
These hours are scheduled to align with Allegiant’s operations and give staff time to prepare for each flight while still offering passengers an opportunity to book in person.
